We hold monthly Kalachakra Six Session Guru Yoga practices under the instruction of our teacher, Lama Yeshe Jinpa, the Spiritual Director. The practice is in the lineage of Khensur Tulku Jhado Rinpoche and His Holiness the Fourteenth Dalai Lama. All of the 15-20 regular practitioners who attend have had the Kalachakra Jenang or Empowerment from either Jhado Rinpoche or the Dalai Lama.
The practices are held on the third Sunday of each month from 11:00am to 2:00pm, and we welcome other practitioners who have also had the Jenang or Empowerment.
Lion's Roar also offers a full program of Dharma practices and teachings throughout each month, and we have embarked on our long-planned project to build a Kalachakra Stupa in the Sacramento area. Seattle: the Dharma
Friendship Foundation (3204 W. Lynn, in the
Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle, Washington) hosts a Kalachakra
practice group (recitation of the Kalachakra Six Session
Guru Yoga sadhana with meditation), every Thursday evening
from 7 to 8.30 pm. We are considering changing the time
to Sunday afternoon and welcome the input of local practitioners
